first file accepted and got the aor number now what is next ( Seniors plz help)

Hello frds my sister applied and her first file is accepted and now she just got AOR number and they have not asked for any other documents ..Plz advice what is next step from here we just wait for the medical request and then passport request please share ....

She applied under fsw physiotherapy and got her aor number on 2 march applied in december 2014

1. She waits, the posted processing time 80% of FSW applications in ND is 24 months.

But as per my knowledge it cant be for that long 24 months is too long but if it is it would be for some special FSW .. not for every one
