Guys...am confused by the wat embassy selects the applicants!!!!!! After reading from this forum i felt that they choose randomly....ppl who have applied after me have already got their visa.... i applied on 8th july..still waiting..... y is this? any idea?

It's not First come First serve I guess. I'm beginning to think it's Last in First Out. As our application might be at the bottom. And may be mine is at the last, there goes the penalty for applying early in May . I really get agitated when they have things like "Apply Early and beat the queue" on their website.

@ashisht: did u apply thru SPP or normal scheme? y dont u contact VFS and lodge a complaint.....u have applied well in advance and i guess its time u get ur visa......

I applied under non-SPP. Well I emailed high commission and they say my case needs further review. There is nothing we can do

nope dude..i have applied thru the normal scheme.....today i called te embassy...and they said u have to wait and theres notin they can do!!!!

wen did u apply??? usually SPP students get it fast compared to normal students....

I am sure there is NO "FIFO" and "FILO" in visa processing.. Each and every person has different qualities to consider; Like background (department), loan etc..

Can Anyone tell me if the college date starts and no sign of visa what can be done at such stage?????

i have read abt te cases u mentioned on this very forum......but its been also mentioned tat the embassy will try to clear all te works before the class starts..but still some cases have been reported....so cant say anytin!!!! sorry
