Guys, i got fingerprint request for canadian citizenship.

i went to a fingerprint office today, they tried to take fingerprints on a digital device, everytime it was failing.

already tried to use lotion, no luck. they said to come back after few days until the skin is smooth enough.
-----
Problem is i have very dry hands and some of the skin on my fingers is peeled off.

So instead of the lines on my fingers which should be running continuously, there is now a gap

sample picture: https://i.ibb.co/9bppHtZ/123123aar.jpg

the skin wont be healed in 30 days.

can we submit whatever the fingerprints results from the machine (even it didnt meet the requirement)?

or can we ask IRCC for an alternative?

A friend of mine had sweaty palms and couldn't get fingerprint properly. As a last resort, he tried this place & after much difficulty was able to capture his fingerprints properly. The staff are quite friendly and try their best in helping you.

Hi, i went to this place.

On the instructions by ircc, they mentioned to bring proof of COPR, but the fingerprints office didnt asked for it and they only took 2 IDs and instructions letter.

Will this be fine or will there be a problem? (Incomplete documents)?

2 IDs and instructions letter is what FP centers usually take

It should be fine. As abbhas rightly pointed out, 2 IDS & instructions letter are what's taken by the FP office.
