finger print performed but not updated in CIC online account

I applied for a study visa on the 23rd April 2016, i preformed my finger print on the 26th April 2016, i received email notification for my tracking id from vfs center on the 27th April 2016, i tracked it from vfs website my visa status indicate: visa in process, but on my CIC online application account the status has not been updated it still shows:we require applicant bio metric finger print......i have sent several emails to the Canadian embassy but no positive reply yet....please i need people's experience on this.....help me out friends

The problem is just CIC has not done update on your account as long as you have received your tracking number your application is in progress.
