I applied my mother's super visa online. I'm informed online to ask her to visit VAC for finger print and picture as she is in Pakistan. It's been more than 2 weeks that after her visit I do not have any confirmation that CIC have received finger print. The VAC center even did not give any confirmation receipt as fees is paid online.
My concern is that they have given one month time for finger print and at the end of that period I may receive the letter that my mother did not appear for finger print. I had some experience with CIC in the past as I sent some documents but they did not acknowledge it.
Any advice please.
