Hi to all

I am glad to inform everyone here that I have finally received my PR visa after 17 months! I want to thank all of you who have in one way or the other supported me through this process. I can never thank you enough. To those still in the process, hang in there it will happen someday!

I am still a member of this forum and will endeavour to support anyone with the little I was able to learn during this process.

congratulations Dikz, I noticed your visa office is accra too. Please I have a few questions for you as I have been called for interview.

a) How was the interview and what questions were you asked?

b) How long did the interview last

C) Where you issued your visa same day of interview

a. My interview was quite straight forward. I sent in alot of evidence and the fact that I lived with my wife for 3 years in my home country made it more convincing. I was called for an interview because our marriage certificate was stamped but not signed by the Registrar of Marriages (I would have known about this if I ordered my CAIPS).

b. The interview lasted about 20mins

c. No, I wasn't issued the visa on the day because I needed to present a letter from the Registrar acknowledging the validity of our marriage.

Good luck with your interview just be truthful and bring as much evidence as I can.

Congrats, when you applied for your application did you include medicals? Is Accra so slow? I have seen one or two applications that was processed within such a small time. Please shed more light on you case as i am about to apply though Accra!!
