Hi,
I will be landing in Canada on the 21st December and have been lucky enough to be able to transfer with my existing employer. For the new role I have to complete some forms before starting work and one of those is the TD1 Personal Tax Credits Return for 2021. I won’t actually be starting in that job until January 8th 2022 so I wanted to check that I shouldn’t fill this out? Or should I fill it out as a non-Canadian resident?
I was also intending to use my common-law partner’s family’s address as my mailing address (for example for my PR card) when I initially land until she and I have found somewhere permanent to live; if I do need to fill this out is it ok to use that address?
Thanks in advance!
