Filling Form IMM5713E_family represent

Hello Guys I need help regarding filling IMM5713E_family represent.
This form has to be printed. Manual signature from family member and need to scan again ?

I am applying online.

Next, principal applicant name will be in (3) , where as secondary applicant will be in (1), Is it so ?

Little bit confusing , what will be in section 1 and section 2 and 3..

Provide me detail explanation

You can use a PDF reader software called Foxit, you will be able then to edit that file and even electronically sign it then upload it. I didn't understand that number 1/2/3 part maybe if you clarify more I could help.
