yun po bang march 2010 na AOR nyo yun yung 1st letter na nareceive nyo? yung sa amin kasi we sent our application March 2005, then April 2005 nakareceive ako ng letter from the embassy acknowledging their receipt of our application.

Hmmm.. Nauna pa ako sa inyo.. :-(

Dec 2004 ako nag-submit.. then march 2005 ako nagkaron ng acknowledgment.. then november 2008 yung letter asking kung itutuloy pa o hindi.. tapos last sept 2010 nag-update ako ng documents ko.. wala pa rin akong update na nakuha... haaay.. bkit ganon?

This is it! I got my PR visa just this morning, @ 9:50 am to be exact. and exactly 1 month from date PP sent and 14 days since ecas changed to DM.
Mr. DHL called up at around 9am, asking if I was around coz he will deliver something from Canadian Embassy. I paid P95.20.

I really am so delighted today. After all that I have gone through...it's really a big relief.
I wanted to thank all of you that have helped me in the process. I really got more info from this forum than from my consultant-lawyer.

I am also in the process of gathering my required documents to be submitted to Canada Embassy in Manila. I have some questions for you and to everyone. I am confused with the latest Checklist (IMM 7025 E) particularly in list #13 POLICE CERTIFICATES AND CLEARANCES. If you can observe there are columns for "F" (Federal Skilled Worker), "P" (Provincial Nominee), and "Q" (Quebec -Selected Applicant). Every list of item there is corresponding checkbox aligned to the F,P & Q categories. But I am wandering why there is no checkbox in list #13 aligned to category F. Does this mean that Police Clearance is no longer needed for submission to Canada Embassy? It seems impossible. But if it is really needed I would like to know if NBI clearance is enough or do I still need to get a Police Clearance in my place?

Another question regarding Checklist #13. I have worked abroad for more than a year (2008-2009). Do I still need to obtain a Police Clearance from abroad where I lived for more than 6 months before although I am now in the Philippines for more than a year since I came back?

Asking for comments regarding my work experience. I applied under NOC 1111 Financial Manager I worked as such from April 2007 - present which means 3 years and few months. I also have previous experience as bookkeeper for 2 years, will they count my bookkeeper experience even if this NOC do not include in the old 38 demand list?

Can anybody tell me how much points I actually earn from my work experience. I need to know b4 i sit for my IELTS exam this coming nov. Thanks

for your bookkeeping, no...but u still get 21 pts with your present noc...go go go

to estimate your points, try online assessment at the official web of canadian embassy at www.cic.gc.ca just give honest answers so you'll have the realistic score...of course, except for your ielts...

for the moment, you get 19 points for your work experience (3 yrs).

about your bookkeeping experience, it will not be counted.
