to all nurses who had the application package form CNO last year till before June 2010, although the assessment fee for nurses went up to 600++ cad, CNO will still accept the old few with few changes in taxes till august 31 of this year only.

assessment from the college maybe started even prior to landing.

for those who are applying for immigration and plan to take CBO assessment, mag academic ielts na lang kayo pwede for both.

ang hirap maghanap ng work dito pag hindi pa license. all manpower agencies asks for licensure.

Para akong tuliro ngayon kasi hindi ko alam kung anung gagawin ko.. ito yung nangyari:

Sinend ko yung full docs ko sa CIO and ito yung nilagay kong address sa package ko sa UPS:

Federal Skilled Worker
Centralized Intake Office
196 George Street
Sydney, NS B1P 1J3
Canada

Pero nung nag check ako dun sa status sa UPS website eh received naman kaso nakita ko na dineliver nila sa address na ito:

47 - 49 Dorchester Street
Sydney, NS
B1P 5Z2

and nang chineck ko sa google yung address na yun eh address yun para sa application sa citizenship sa canada, anak ng pating PR palang yung inaaplay ko napunta kagad ako sa citizenship na advance ata masyado yung courier, kaya nag woworied ako ngayon kung bakit dun binigay ng courier yung package ko, and nag file na rin ako ng complain sa UPS ba bakit dun dinilever yung package ko eh ang linaw linaw naman nang address na binigay ko saka yun din yung email na nareceived ko sa kanila na dun nila i dedeliver :'(

Guys paki help naman ako any applicant po dito na ganun din ang nagyari na instead sa george st. i deliver yung package eh napunta sa dorchester para sa application 1st step sa CIO? paki help naman ako.. salamat..

Hi george77. Nagsend lang ako docs nung sat via dhl. Di pa dumadating. Same address ang linagay ko, yung may george street.

Saw your question sa iba thread. Currently, ang status ng package ko ay Departed Facility in Halifax - Canada.

Malamang mamayang gabi pa yata yun dadating, sa time naten. Update kita once sinabi delivered, tapos kung ano nakalgay.

Thanks sa reply mo ha update mo din kagad ako kung saan dineliver ng courier yung package mo, hay hindi ako mapakali right now hindi ko alam ang gagawin ko now, ang iniisip ko nga lang eh sana eh may common mail room yung CIO na dun lahat i foforward yung application ng FSW and update din kita kung anung feedback sa complaint ko sa UPS bakit dun nila pinadala.. goodluck sa atin,,.

actually, kung nasa ganun ako na sitwasyon, pinagmumura ko na dhl hehe. kasi, di marunong magbasa ng address.

I think sinabi dun sa kabilang thread na may common mail room. tapos isang tao lang raw na signatory?

they'll give you 4 clinics to choose from 3 of which are in makati and the other 1 is at st. luke's-Malate. i had mine at Nationwide in Makati, 4k something ang binayaran ko, d ko lang alam sa kids, but may mga bata din akong kasabay, maybe may mga modifications lang sa test/procedures pero what i'm sure of is may medicals din sila... Good Luck!

hi. as regards medical exam, it will be indicated in the letter the accredited clinic/hospital where you can have your exam. ours, we had it at NATIONWIDE, in makati for 4k each last june. i think kids will also have their exams though not sure about the rates..

In sense, it's up to you kung saan ka comfortable, and if you have a budget for it.

hi Katkuting, para sakin mas ok pag pag ikaw na lng mag pasa ng docs mo kc po base on my exp ah mejo matagal ang processing kc pwede nilang i hold ung papers mo hangat hindi kp nakakap ;Dag bayad ng mga payments mo sakanila, pero kung my budget ka naman and gusto mo hindi k nana mahirapan mag file at mag padala sa VO edi Go Go Go ka sis.

TAKING THE RISK... or should i say having the responsibility to do everything the best way you can...
like mine, i was very confident with all my documents.

lagpas ako sa 67 points... all documents - very complete.

if i should have asked for an assistance, nagbayad siguro ako ng napakamahal,
but they could have helped me from the start...
nag ka problema kasi ako sa Certificate of employment ko as PRIVATE DUTY NURSE
which they found as fraud kasi ginamit ko name ng previous hospital were i worked.
they could have made an affidavit na PDN ako... though nasatisfy ko naman yung 1 year as staff nurse...

advise ko lang... PAG CONFIDENT KA NA MASASATISFY MO LAHAT REQUIREMENT/DOCUMENTS... pag di complex at wala ka nasisilip na problema sa lahat ng papers mo...
then do it on your own... IT'S SO EASY TO PROCESS...
pero pag medyo tagilid ka, there are experts who can help... (pero pag matiyaga ka dito sa forum... andito lahat ang reliable advisors mo... kasi lahat EVIDENCE-BASED... from their own experience)

so it's up to you to determine po...

Hi, just got an email from our lawyer. Nasa kanila na daw yung medical form at request to pay RPRF namin date july 23. Siguro kahapon lang dumating sa law firm nila sa canada kaya ngayun lang kami nainform. Anyway, do u know guys kung Nationwide accepts credit card payments?

IMO, you can apply on your own basta tiyagain mo talagang magbasa ng guide sa cic website, magback read ng mga posts dito at magtanong sa mga seniors at kung sigurado kang maproprovide mo lahat ng documents na kailangan... Remember this opportunity may knock only once kaya be sure po na tama at complete ang mga isusubmit lalo na ngayon na may cap na.

Now, if you feel na complicated case mo then avail of the agent's service pero mamili ka ng reliable na agency at hindi yung agency na ang role lang eh taga submit lang ng files mo
