Ay hindi lang ako sure pag ganyan.. Manila-based po kasi ako kaya talagang sa main office ako pinadiretso. Pwede po siguro na tanungin niyo na lang yung local NBI office dyan, para mas sure.

Hindi lang ako sure, kasi ang binigay kong no. ng employer ko, yung sa Personnel Division, kaya hindi lang ako sigurado kung tumawag nga sa kanila. With regards to my partner, resigned na kasi siya dun sa hospital na nilagay niya sa job description niya, pero yun kasi ang counted sa 38 occupations kya yun ang nilagay niya together with his present work/business, kaya hindi din kami sure kung tumawag nga talaga dun sa hospital.. Basta, we made sure na totoo, complete and accurate lahat ng nilagay namin sa JDs, para kahit tumawag sila, hindi magkakaron ng discrepancies.

Ang natatandaan ko lang na tumawag ang embassy samin, when they asked for my FBI clearance.. It was a follow up actually, because we already included the letter in our submitted original documents stating that we already requested for it and just waiting to be issued at that time, plus the photocopies of the FBI cover letter and the authenticated fingerprint card.

Medyo mahaba tong reply ko ha.. Gusto ko lang po ma-explain talaga kung anong nangyari samin

Ok lang yun, no prob at all, kahit ako din matanong ako nung mga unang part nung application namin ;D Wala namang tumawag samin para tanungin yung ganun.. Akala ko nung una, kaya sila tumawag para alamin nga kung talagang magkasama kami, pero yun pala dahil sa FBI clearance ko. Basta, just make sure na kumpleto ka sa documents at tugma tugma lahat ng infos dun para hindi nila kayo i-question. Pero tanong ka din sa iba, kasi syempre based from experience lang yung nasasabi ko sayo, and hindi pa naman tapos yung application namin.. May mga experts talaga dito, sa kanila din lang ako nagrerely

i had been quite for a long time since i don't have any updates to share....pero i kept on following this thread everyday as a silent listener and absorber of all your anxities, worries and everything... :'( :'( :'( :'( coz, i myself had been to it also...just see my timeline, it is quite frustrating :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :-[ :- ...but anyway, i received a call and email from the embassy yesterday, here is the content of the letter:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada. We require your spouse's detailed service history/record with the Philippine National Police in order to continue processing your application.

You have 30 days to provide us with the above document. Failure to comply within the time indicated may lead to the refusal of your application.


that's why, this time pressured agad c hubby to produce the said document...how do you assess the letter, friends? does it sound positive upon completion of the said doc?

FYI: ambassy had contacted me already thru calls and letter 3x already...kaya i believe, these are the reasons bakit natagalan masyado and case ko...whewwww! :-\ :-\ :-\

RPRF encashed last april 30...kelan kaya nila ilalabas medical requests/forms ko? E-CAS status is still in "In Process" in blue color.

Another question. Will the VO inform me through e-mail na ni-release na nila medical request ko or send lang nila sa mailing address kun irerelease na nila?

Hi guys. Just a question maybe somebody here has an idea. Do I still need to submit a certificate stating that the medium of instruction at my present job here in Canada is English? My agency asked me to submit that, but for me i don't have to do that anymore since it is very obvious. I am already working here in Canada so definitely english is being used, unless you are in Quebec. Right guys? It might be applicable for people who are still in the Philippines with their present job/employer but not for me. Pls do give your insights. Thank you very much and God Bless you all.

cic ops manual said if your native language is not english then i suggest you better take IELTS alternatively, you can provide a document(s) claiming your english proficiency ( certificate stating that the medium of instruction in work is english). My advice is better take IELTS for higher points.

makapagtatanong na nga po, kasi nasend ko na full documents ko May 04, natanggap sa Embassy May 05. Nasobrahan po ako ng kape ;D kasi po pinagdududahan ko yung nagreceive ng documents ko. hehehe..isang F.Beronia sa Security Post/Guard yun ung nakalagay sa Fedex tracker, ganun po ba talaga pag pina courier ang documents hindi ang receptionist sa Visa Office ang tumatatanggap? ;D
