hhmm, regarding sa delaying tactics I can't think of any reason why would they do that. As I have said mas matagal ang processing mas matagal nilang makukuha ang full payment ko. Mukhang malabo din na inintay nila ang work permit ko, kase they know that I will be leaving 2 weeks after I submitted my application. No point na dayain ako kase they won't benefit from it kung may anomaly man. wala kaseng money na involve. And why would they wait pa until Feb just to ask for my work permit. Mukha naman talagang totoo eh. Sa tingin niyo? hehehe :-\ With regards naman dun sa pag contact sa CIO dito, mukhang wala din eh, until wala kang file number wala silang reference. hmmm, I am just praying and hoping na magreply na talaga. janelf -- as far as i know walang way para macontact natin ang CIO. Pero i think may nagsabi na possible un pag nasa Canada ka.. so maybe may puwede ka pag inquiran dyan since andyan kna.. d rin ako maxado familiar pero there must be a way there. naisip ko rin na baka d naman tlga naforward ng agent mo at hinintay ung work permit mo kasi dineclare mo pala na may work ka na naghuihintay. normally kasi if ganun, kakailanganin ng agent ung LMO or kung ano man un na ibibigay ung employer mo abroad... may kilala ka ba nanasa agent mo rin? baka may delaying tactics eh...

my best friend who moved to toronto four years ago brought with her US dollar currency. Puede naman yung iba naka bank draft in US dollar .. mayroon mga bank na accepts deposit in US dollar

ask ko lang, gano katagal yung bank account na pinresent nyo? Ok lang ba na kakaopen lang ng timer deposit? or strict sila na dapat 6mos yung ipakita mong entry sa passbook?

May nakakuha na ba ng visa na new lang ang pinakitang bank account?

opinion ko lang ito ha pero much better cguro kung medyo matagal na na open ang account mo kc parang mag wonder why ata ang consul kung paano mo na produce ang big amount na yan in just so little time...coz malaki laki rin ang POF...kung madalian kc parang you need to provide proofs and other supporting docs how you come up with such a big amount,... but u wait for other opinions also esp those hu has agents...

Hello po sa lahat. May question lang po ako at ilang araw na rin pong bothered ako.

When I submitted my initial application, sa work experience ko po eh meron akong additional attachment since hindi enough yung 5 rows para sa work description. The problem is, nung print ko ung attachment, na-overlook ko yung instruction na ilagay yung name, schedule sa taas on "each" sheet attachment. Bale ang nangyari po, ung first page lang ang completo ang details, although nakastaple naman po siya together with the rest of the form. Grounds po ba yun to return my application?

sa knowledge ko, once they rcv full docs, they wud review kung complete lahat ng forms and details written sa lahat ng forms.pag complete, send sila aor.so, pag dumating na aor,meaning oks na at complete lahat ng forms. wag masyado mag worry...oks na yan...

i tried to check ecas. sa awa ng dios in process parin. di ko na binuksan kc nakaanxious.. :'( :'(

Say ng mga friends, pag ang account mo is in BDO and BPI, easy lang magwidraw sa Canada through atm. Nung nag out of the country ako before, nagamit ko din ang unionbank atm ko na may VISA madali lang din. pag draft medyo 30 days pa bago maencashed ang draft.

Suggestion, pwedeng magopen ng account sa citibank or hsbc kasi may mga branches sila dun.

My plan is to bring with me certain amount of cash and the remaining amount, ill keep it sa account ko dito sa Philippines. Ill bring my atm card, magwidraw nalang sa Canada if needed and just bring bank cert to show sa visa officer.

HOW ABOUT THE OTHERS?HOW DO YOU PLAN TO BRING UR FUNDS SA CANADA?
