Sa kin eh ika -30th day na ito pero wala pa ring update..Walang nakaindicate about the medical request or something...Ang sabi nga dun pag wala kang narinig samin in 8 months magemail ka...sa tingin mo mula sa start yun? I mean from the CIO application or from visa office? Kaya confused din ako...di ba merong 120 days na binibigay to submit the full docs...at pag lumagpas yun they will make a decision based on whatever docs meron ka sa file mo...

My girlfriend is already an immigrant and stays sa Vancouver...If my application will be approved, that will be the first time we will see/meet in person...

natuwa naman ako bigla sau bahrain.. napunta sa girlfriend mo ang sweet pero i understand, pag medyo down or upset or confused or may something gusto mo kasama mo ung love mo dba, naks. pero ba't d na kau nagpakasal para sabay kayo? ganun ginawa namin ni hubby hehe.

hmm about ung received to in process, normally 20-30 days ata dito sa manila.. pero na pansin ko average of 20-25 days lang kaya worried ako kasi 23rd day ko today.. sana by tues meron na hiram maghintay eh. mag nakasulat ba sa 2nd AOR mo when to expect ur med request? saamin in 45 days eh...

Nakakatuwa naman ang mga updates niyo guys...Kahit sumasakit na mga mata ko sa kakabas pero okay lang...

Nakakarelate din ako kay "imbubbles" about her feeling sa mga susunod na mangyayari...Yung kelan lalabas na in-process na yung sa E-cas...Normally ba guys how long will it take for the E-cas to change to in-process? Kasi sa dami ng posts dito nalilito na ko...Today is my 30th day from the time I received my 2nd AOR though their letter was actually 11 days earlier.Mejo magkalapit lang naman kasi time line namin ni imbubbles. Kaso mukhang mas mabilis ang visa office sa manila (as what I have read from the previous posts)...My visa office kasi is london since nakabased ako dito sa Bahrain.

Tama nga na mixed emotions yung mararamdaman...Cant help on thinking what will be the outcome of their assessment. Gusto ko na din makita girlfriend ko...

wow sweetie sweetie naman... iba iba. mine changed to In process mga 3 weeks after RCVD by visa office. tapos mga two weeks after In process ang meds ko.

UU nga eh, ang hirap talaga bubbles...pero na check ko na sa bank at encashed na ang check na pinadala ko last march 30 pa lang at same bank din ang para sa POF ko, at sai nila walang tawag mula embassy inquiring my funds, basta encashed a lang yong Php36,550 na check...sana nga bubbles, at nag email na rin ako just a while ago at me acknowledgment na kaya sana bulkas me reply na at sana good newes....HeeeeeHHHh...

its been almost 2 months and still i havent recieved my med request...anybody kows the email add of cio manila. kasi I emialed them twice na at wala man lng automatic reply sa email ko. I would be glad if you could give me the email add for inquiry sa CIO/VO sa manila office... thanks to all

i emailed embassy 6 weeks after aor. i used the email add na nasa aor. rcvd an acknowledgement email a few minutes after sending inquiry. ;D

Hi Bahrain Pearl. Let just say ganon yung patakaran nung consulting firm na nakuha ko...hehehe. Anyway po, the first letter (June 2008) has the file number after we ( me and the consulting firm personnel) submitted the application form Feb 15, 2008. The second letter (Dec 2008) says that because of the new system, CIO is giving me the option to quit my application and have the full refund for the application fee or continue with the old system application. From the 2nd letter also, if I reply that means I am quitting but if no reply from me until March 2009 that means Im still pursuing my application. The 3rd letter (Dec 2009) expresses their appreciation in pursuing my application and that I have to wait for 2years + 1 more year to put my application in Active file because of the large backlog they have.

If ever po ba due to this long wait, possible ba na pa-sponsor ko na lang misis ko sa aunt nya living in Vancouver. If yes po, pwde po ba malaman kung ano-ano kailangan ng aunt nya for this sponsorship process. Btw din po, I havent updated my marital status sa application ko kasi iniisip ko baka mahirapan ma-sponsor ang wife ko.

Now I know...

You have applied pala before the new Ministerial Instruction was issued. So I supposed kaya ganon ang reply nila sa third letter dahil di ka nagbigay ng information or update. What have you done during the time span of receipt of the first notice up-to the second notice? and the very long gap between the second letter and the third letter (almost a year)..Anyways....

So here's a personal note:

1. You may wish to withdraw your application and file a new one (if either your wife or yourself has a profession that is included in the Ministerial Instruction. However, please be inform that these occupations is currently being reviewed and soon can change. Accordingly, it was tentatively be announced by the end of the month).But if you are really willing, the new system is quite fast.

2. Regarding the sponsorship, just follow this link.

wow tlga? im sure GF mo rin gusto kna makita well, anyways, ang tagal naman sa london 8 months.. dito 45 days and that will start from the time of ur 2nd AOR. Ung 120 days, is from your 1st AOR to the time na nagsubmit ka ng full docs to to VO london...

bet 44-45 ata, pero yun payment was based on their rate bale equivalent to 43 pesos lang ang 1 canadian dollar, yon ay per instruction of the embassy which makikita din sa web ng embassy manila...kaya nga thankful din ako kc somehow medyo naka less ako ng few pesoses hehehe...yan na lang consolation ko sa self ko pero hayyyy...the agony of waiting is priceless...kc to think...more than two mos na yong case ko since na receive ko ang 2nd AOR...supposedly this time medical na sana ako...hehehe pero off budget talaga ako noon sa initial applcn ko even ngayon....
