yukun...its not a matter of AEO. Just look at mine. I havent AEO. still rbvo. already 12.5months passed from the date of full application.

As for i saw yr postings and found very much positive.But now u r loosing yr patience.It is all natural.Same happens with everybody.Regarding AEO cases i never saw any third degree behaviour by CHC.They are as treated as with 38 cases.If AEO is genuin then how visa officer can ignore the application.So pls be positive and have patience.

Yea.. I can understand yr feelings..

Now a days we seen that AEO holders have not got reply/ update since long... as Tarak, MS82 are still waiting since 12 months...so it may possible that they are reviewing your genuine cases very strictly...so except wait we do not have any option left, but be positive..

definitely you will get good news soon.

Dear as for as i know the genuinness of AEO is checked at CIO level.Also to check AEO does not take time as everything is on line.

Dear as for as i know the genuinness of AEO is checked at CIO level.Also to check AEO does not take time as everything is on line.

As per OP-6 Manual, the Visa Officer has to check the authenticity of the AEO during the processing stage of the application at Visa Office. Most AEO applications get cleared at CIO stage as CIO only does some basic checks & not detailed.
Specifically talking about New Delhi VO, AEO's have been misused & misrepresented by many in the past, hence the extra vigilance & lengthy times AEO applicants have to bear with at NDVO.
That is why NDVO has only a 30% success rate for AEO applications.

Dear HoneyJack and YUkon,
I have talked to one of the retired immigration visa officer who is known to me.She told that if AEO is genuine and NOC is fine then visa officer have no power to decline any AEO case.Also she said that if 30% are accepted and 70% are rejected then how many have u seen rejected and accepted.
i have seen 8 accepted and one rejected.Sory dear friends u r to review yr sayings.
