hey guys,

i have a doubt... When will the CHC issue the RPRF receipt - upon receipt of DD or upon realisation of DD?

Coz, even as of date, when I checked with the bank, the DD is still showing as unrealised.

The despatch and delivery of the DD has been confirmed by my agent. Also, CHC received the DD on 11/2/2011 as per Proof of delivery . However, it appears that they had some problem in connecting the DD number to my file, so they had called me for clarification. I gave them the DD details and even faxed a copy to them on 21/2/2011.

Is it normal for CHC to keep the DD without depositing? Does it mean that the file has not been taken up for processing? Is there any cause for concern?

on 22nd feb I received email from CHC sayin'......."We apologize for the delay. Please note that your file has been assessed, and a letter will be mailed out to you tomorrow."

Now i`m wonderin' if its medicals or rejection letter :-\...what you all think on it?...has any1 gone through or seen any member goin' through such situation?

and I heard tht CHC send thier mails by registered post.....so if they send me letter on 23rd feb how come I didn't receive it so far as it takes only 3 days for the registered mail delivery(thts what my postman said).....I was expectin' to get it today...but still haven't got it...and my address metioned on ecas is also correct....

When did u got “in process” ?

I made case specific enquiry on 14th feb and then immidiately on 15th feb my status got changed to inprocess and then on 22nd feb I received an email.....lets see now what they have in their mind ???

...oops :...made corrections....actually i rcvd 1st AOR on 1st March 10...submitted documents on 30th March 10 and received 2nd AOR on 9th April 10

u r correct desti.. still there may be a problem as chc has already processed cases upto 30.3.10 way back. it may be a case that yr docs were reached in april,10. actually chc is processing on ftd now before it was working on first come first serve basis & cleared cases till 30.3.10.

I have been crying foul for WHO GETS THE PRIORITY ? PRE JUNE 26 APPLICANTS OR POST JUNE 26 APPLICANTS?
AND FINALLY CHC NEW DELHI HAS STARTED SENDING OUT MEDICALS,RPRF AND PPR TO POST JUNE 26 APPLICANTS.

NOW THE QUESTION IS HOW THEY WILL PROCESS PRE JUNE 26 APPLICATIONS ???????
ARE WE FACING SAME FATE AS BACKLOG APPLICATIONS (PRE FEBRUARY 2008) ARE FACING ?????
