my Ecase status updated to decision Made yesterday. do any one know how much time they take to ship the passport after the decision was finalized?

I requested a in person service. I didn't mail the passport to the office.

Finally, my passport arrived today! They didn't use my return envelope but use regular mail.
Passport received by the office Dec 14
Visa stamped Dec 17 (in one business day!)
CoPR Dec 24 (what happened in between?)
Decision made Dec 25
Passport back Jan 3 (9 days because of the holidays?)

Your application for immigration to Canada is now in the final stages of processing.

Kindly complete the following forms (IMM8, Schedule A and Family Composition form) to update the file.
Your spouse must complete the same forms.

You may download the forms, complete them and send them back to us as an attachment.
What does this mean and how long i need to wait to next stage? I finished ME last November.
