file application has no progress, need to know which visa office it is being processed

I frequently check my online client application status but the last correspondence was last May 2016. A year had past and I am just worried that i don't have any progress yet.
I do not know exactly my visa office, I am a client of ***** immigration law firm, I have asked for an update from them, and they replied that they will still find out which visa office my file was submitted and to contact me, but i haven't received any update from them again.

I would like to ask if you know any email address to which I can ask for my visa office.

Call CIC Canada customer care and an agent should be able to tell you location of your visa office. Also, you can order CAIPS notes and should be able to get information on current status of your application.
