Hello Naresh,
i think it is a little early to ask for suh a question. The new NOc list is released generally on 26th June every year. I too am expecting the new list any minute.
If in case you get to learn anything about the new NOc list, kidly share the link/info about the same here.

The major change in Ministerial Instructions came out on 26 June 2010, but this does not mean it has to come out on that date every year. One person said it might be a good bet to look for something this coming Friday in the Gazette. We all wait, patiently, and wonder......
