The test letter they sent you have the code. From that letter, you will know your location.

You can review the google trackers from 2023 / 2024 to get an idea on processing times.
The current processing time shows 14 months, however you’ll see some people have the entire thing completed in 3 months. Nobody can give definitive dates, so I’d say prepare for anywhere between 4-14 months.
