Still no SA email for me.

I did check my ECAS today and in the "Sponsor Applicant" it says "decision made" so I'm hopeful!

We did the medical in Dec (booked it before the Dec 15th changes) so they had the medical information as passed when I got the AOR1 (March 2nd). And they requested the Schedule A and criminal checks on March 5th and we submitted on the 5th. So, hopefully I get the SA email soon and it indicates which visa office it is being sent to.

My ECAS still says Application received, so far I received SA and request for Sched A, PCC and Medicals but they didn't update ECAS yet. I am not even too sure when they'll transfer my file to local VO, I guess I have to wait until they get our Medical results.

Sa on March 1,2017 file transfered the 10th of March 2017. Visa office started processing my husband' s file on March 13,2017.
Application recieved February 1,2017 Aor1 February 21

I have only received the AOR1 back on the 2nd. No word since. You think it's strange that on the sponsor applicant side of my ecas that it already says "decision made"? I was hoping that meant my SA was approved and I'll expect an email any minute now.

No I was bit confused when I first saw the "Decision made" because I totally forgot the fact that both Sponsor and PA will get DM update on ECAS. First I thought it's a final DM but it doesn't make any sense to get final DM right now when your file not being transferred to local VO. Then it makes complete sense it's from Sponsor's side which is a good sign, yes I would consider this as SA.

Hi i am a bit confused ..we got SA yesterday .. nd so far i have seen people who receive SA letter it says that the application has transferred as well .. but in our letter it is something like that ..

"We are pleased to inform that you have met the requirements for eligibility as a sponsor.The Case Processing Centre in Mississauga will continue to hold the associated Application forPermanent Residence awaiting the submission of a completed Schedule A Background Declarationform (IMM5669).
A request has or will be sent directly to the principal applicant with instructions outlining therequirements for submission of the Schedule A to CPC-Mississauga. If your principal applicant or their representative has not yet received this request, or an invitation to link their application to My CIC, it
will be sent in the next 5 business days.Upon receipt of the completed Schedule A form(s), the Application for Permanent Residence for your relative(s) will be sent to a visa office for processing. The visa office will be selected based on your relative’s home address and the requirements of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act; aconfirmation letter will be sent to you when the application is sent to the visa office, informing you of the visa office selected."

... also i have allready linked my app on march 10 and the ecas saying we have sent u correspondence on march 11 with required documents but i have not received any or got no email requesting these documents ..so should i wait untill i receive the request till next 5 days as stated .. ???

Hi! I got an AOR1 and according to the online status, they sent me a correspondence for the additional information that they need. But until now, it's been two days and still no message under the correspondence tab. Is there anyone here who undergo like this too. I don't know what is the problem but I hope everything is fine... I am a bit worried because when we logged in to the online application (not the gc key account) they put not applicable on my husband's address. What do you think is the problem? We filled out out application accordingly...

How many accounts did you made? Only one or both you and your wife made an account? Thank you! (What ECAs means?)

Two accounts (one for me and another one for my wife) and none of them helps me to link the application.

ECAS - Electronic Client Application Status

You can either use ECAS or My CIC to know your application status. Having said that CIC is not really good at updating both ECAS or My CIC on time. There's always delay in updating their systems (ECAS & My CIC GCkey) so it's good to check both if you have access to both.

Yeah go for it, call them and find out. Where did you see the message that says "sent you correspondence" with instruction on how to link my application to MyCIC? Mine just says Application received.

I did that already and it says Application received on Feb 9th. I couldn't find any other information on the same window except logout at the bottom.

Ya my ecas ssys the same thing ... also planing to call monday. If u do get a hold of somebody nd get an answer please let us know here ... also as we just got the sa yesterday nd that letter says if havent received any correspondence yet then wait until 5 business day so um gonna do so .. hoping to get those updated soon ..
