I just saw a December applicant file got rejected, reason he was working on OCWP while waiting for PGWP. I have the exact same situation as he has. I graduated from school on December 14, 2012 and was working since October 16, 2012 as part time. However, I enclosed my graduation letter and copy of diploma as an evidence that stating my graduation date. I don't know what is going to happen with my application

I dont see any reason to worry as he surely made some error in time frame in connecting all the documents. After reading his comments I have strong feeling that he didnt provided sufficient supporting documents.

I hope this isn't jumping the gun, but for people in Toronto, where are you planning to go for your medical exam? Which doctors are particularly good at getting you appointments quickly/uploading results ASAP?

Applications for 21 st jan got MR on 1st aug... Hopefully by 15 th aug.. Feb applications will start getting their MRs

Goku i also provided the same evidence as that guy canadacec123 enclosed with his application i.e copy of diploma and copy of graduation letter...

I had those information, as I have gone through it and consulted with CIC customer support many times.
Yes, you are right, PCC is not mandatory.
But, Have you noticed in check list no.13 ? they strongly recommend these documents to be submitted to avoid any delay. Please check guideline too.

I dont know at what stage his application is, so I wrote to check the status, bcz initially for approx 3 months my application was at CIO not even transferred to CPC. May be it is different for others.

PCC is not mandatory at the time of application but it is required when they ask for it and they will give 60 days time to submit it. again depends case to case.

Hello mjaffer53, CIC gives 60 days to complete the medical exam it also mentions on the MR email. However, you can get you medical done anywhere subject to CIC's panel physician. Best of luck and don't forget to eat lots of popcorn before appearing in to test....

I would say hopefully sometime in next week as January 27, 2014 already got the MR. Lets hope for the best. Good luck to all February aspirants
