FBI Clearance Parents Sponsorship

Hey Everyone,

Unusual request but please let me know what you think.

I put in my parents PR application in Jan this year. I received a request last month for following:
1. Medical request for mom dad
2. FBI clearance for dad
3. India police clearance certificate
4. RPRF payment request for mom dad

I have provided all the documents and receipts except the the FBI clearance certificate request from CIC for my father. Looks like I made a mistake with his travel history and put in his US visit for 6 months and 1 day, but his original visit was for 5 month 29 days. I made a big mistake here.

For the last 2-3 weeks, I have been writing to CTC Ottawa email Id and have sent the corrected travel history but I have not received any confirmation. I am not sure what should I do next, should I go ahead and raise FBI request anyways or hope that CIC has registered the change in travel history and they dont need the FBI clearance now.

Is there another way to communicate with CTC ottawa besides the mail id. Has anyone ever heard back from CTC Ottawa after writing to this email id?
