Hi

I've got the similar mail through e-mail on last august 30th. But my reason is little-bit different. I have not got any point for adaptability. others documents are OK But I forgot to send birth certificate. BAD LUCK.

But here are my questions.....

1 Are they sending back all of my documents to my postal address? I'm waiting for a month hoping they will send back my documents.
2. If I send them my sister's birth certificate will that work or I've start the whole process again?
3. As they have rejected my application are they sending back my money?

Please help. my IELTS result will expired this December 2011 (2 yrs validity)

As i have not got my documents back so can I use copy of original documents that i already submited?
If I need to start the whole process Can I use copy of IELTS cause I had to submit my original copy to them.

PLEASE HELP I'm really worried.

It is simply ur bad luck and the ignorance of ur consultant..i think u apply again and cash ur full W/Exp and education coz u have 18 years of edu..and do not lose hope.. InshaAllah u may get ur target soon..Pray for all

i am an employer. my caregiver from the philippines needed a POLO number. she sent me a two page list of requirements. when i phoned the consulate i was told POEA manila still insisted in giving out the old requirement . they already informed manila of what the philippine consulate needed. ang sagot sa akin "ganoon ho talaga. kaya i need to email them so they can send me an updated list of requirments. pinoy talaga. :-[

I have a little confusion regarding filling the eduction in back ground declaration for MBBS ( Bechlors of medicine and Bechlor of Surgery).

My education record is as following.

10 year till Matric.
02 years for F.SC
5 years for MBBS.


What to fill in in

Elementary/ Primary school = ?
Secondary / High School = ?
University /College = ?

Please guide.

Dear Cool loover, thanks for your reply..........trust me you gave me lot of hope now.... my dear friend by the grace of allah i dispatch my application with copy docs of all original presence at cio, and my case also receive at halifax on 3rd october which includes my all the additional jds in original and my past jd for whcih they didnt gave me point last time but now i am hopefull lets pray for me and i am very desperate to migrate canda please pray for me its my 3rd attempt.................

Dear friend plz advise regarding my case.

My application rcd by vo 4 feb 2010,The current processing time on chc website for london vo is 20 months,which is over today as 20 months are passed today.no medical req so far ,caips say 0 code on all decisions( i.e psdec 0,seldec 0)e.t.c.

Plz if you can assist me from ur experience ,that how long you think chc will take for back ground check as processing time is over and also is there a possibility of getting med and passport req together. or any other analysis of my file.

censya npo sa istorbo. Tanong ko lang po sana kung pano ako mag-aaplay as an Immigrant?nandito po ako ngayon sa Qatar. Quality Control Engineer po ang profession ko. Kailangan na po bang i-declare na yung 'funds' ko pag nagsubmit na ako ng application?

Dear Qorax and Members,

I recently had an interview with CHC..
After my interview the immigration officer told me that he was approving my application and the only thing left is my security clearence after which I will receive a passport request from CHC Lodnon.. I was wondering how long does it usually take to perform security clearence since my medicals will be expiring in the first week of feb 2012, which I mentioned infront of immigration officer aswell. Upon which He told me that when an individual's medicals are expiring they try their best to complete case before the expiration of medicals...
Also how strong is my case now since immigration officer has approverd it finally...

Bank Statement is must to show that you have POF.

One have to carry required POF at the time of landing.

How many people are getting interview calls from NDVO. Has anyone of NOC 1111 who sent the full documents to NDVO in August 2010 received any response from the VO.

How many people are getting interview calls from NDVO. Has anyone of NOC 1111 who sent the full documents to NDVO in August 2010 received any response from the VO.

One of my friends who applied under NOC 0111 submitted full docs in Oct 2010 and received 2nd AOR in December 2010 has not received any response from NDVO. He has send a case specific inquiry few days ago, lets see what would be the response from VO.

He is April 2010 applicant!
