I am filling it currently and got stuck.

SECTION A-

Date of birth father and mother.

Here the situation is birth date is not known both my father's and mother since at the time of their birth there was no such birth registration process and they don't have legal document that contains exact date of birth.

However on a voters card their age is return in year no dates though.

My question is can i write approximately date of birth as per voter's card's calculation?

(2) can we leave date of birth blanK? i mean 00-00-0000? would it create problem?

use approximately date of birth ..and u can make affidavate of date of birth.

hi, Eagle 89,
Not do that ,First take letter from your Mother & father village sarpach / talati / tahshildar and after that make affidavit according to that and fill those dates as per affidavit( aprox).
