Family Class Sponsorship application in Nairobi

Hello everyone,
My PR application was received for processing in Nairobi in April 2013 and they requested for additional documents on 9th April 2013 which i sent on 12th April 2013. However, i have not heard from them since and i cannot even check my status online.
Nairobi Applicants for PR please advise.
