Extra documents via courier/mail?

Hi All,
Visa office requested to submit some docs regarding my parents PR application. Email is saying that send the original docs to the local visa office. My question is,
Should I use courier or postal mail? because email is saying "MAIL" the docs.

Well you want the docs to get there safe and fast right, choose your shipping method accordingly. The visa office can handle both so the choice is up to you.

Always courier. I'm surprised people are even willing to send something this important through normal mail.
