Here is my situation. I am here on a student visa which expires on June 30th, 2011. Me and my husband (Canadian citizen) got married two months ago here in Canada. We are applying for my spousal immigration now. I am wondering, do I need to apply first for the extension of my temporary visa and then apply for immigration or should I do immigration right away? But then my visa will be expired. Will it be a problem?
Did anybody changed their status from student to visitor? I won't study anymore so I just need a visitor visa. I am so confused, so many questions... Help!!
