Extending SOWP at Airport Upon Arrival

Hello,

I got my study permit extended for another few years. My spouse is a holder of a SOWP that ends next December and she is currently outside Canada for a short trip. She should travel back to Canada soon.

Is it possible that she applies for the SOWP extension (based on the extended Study Permit that I received already) at the airport at the CBSA office? If yes, how does the process go? We are NOT from a visa-exempted country.

SOWP Extension is done inland
If outside Canada, you apply for another SOWP
No such thing as applying at Airport. All Visa Applications are with IRCC and Not CBSA
