Hello Everybody,
Well, I started working on June23,2014 and ends up May 15,2016. Nowadays I'm residing here in Backhome. So, if I'd like to apply Under CEC category and wish to claim for my working hours since JUNE 23, 2014, should I've to submit my profile by June 23,2017? as
"to be considered for the Canadian Experience Class, an applicants needs to have Canadian skilled work experience within three years of applying"

CEC rules say the applicant needs to have at least 12 months of Canadian work experience within the last three years before the date of application for PR, so you will be eligible until May of 2018.

Yes you can. As long as you have those 12 months of work experience in the past three years, you are eligible.

Alternatively, I'd ask what is the deadline to submit my profile according to job starting date?
I'm confused as one of the immigration consultant said if I wish to claim my working hour from June,23,2014 I must have to submit profile by June this year. another person stated different as "within 3 years" means its actually be counted from the last date you've worked. means I've to apply by May 2019.

No, it cannot be from the last date. Since, if you consider May 2019, you will not have had at least 12 months of Canadian work experience from the 3 years before that time. You have until May of 2018. You have to count back from the last day to a year before then. And make sure that falls within a 3 year timeframe before the date of your application.

Sure you do have a shot still. You have until January 2018 that you can apply under CEC (If we are speaking of Canadian skilled work experience).

No, i haven't submitted my EE profile because I was waiting on my ECA result.

I'll try the CRS tool now.

EDIT: CRS tool says my score is 441....is that too low to even warrant an attempt?

No, the last 4 draws had the scores 441,434,423, and 415. So definitely warrants an attempt.

OK, my Canadian bank's web services are down for maintenance (because I use them as a sign-in partner) so when they get back up I'll punch in my deets and submit.

I'd rather know for sure than not...give me a bit of piece of mind.

Submit what? You said you have ECA that you're waiting on? You will need the ECA's ref number and IELTS results to make a profile.

I received my ECA result a few days ago. So I can go in and give it a try when the bank isn't undergoing maintenance.
