Hello guys, silly question.

According to CRS calculator, my score should be 445 and the lowest score who got an ITA last week was 413. Does that mean that if I enter to the pool in the next weeks (still waiting for WES) I would have high chances to be invited soon? Of course if the tend continues.

Thanks
Hey!
You need to have the ECA before you create your profile, they will ask you for the ECA certificate number and the date the report was issued.

I dont get why you're comparing pre nov 2016 with post nov 2016 considrring the changes to the points sytem.

I see a decline in the number of invitations sent over last 3-4 months. It means they are trying to hold CRS score around 430 mark.

They are not holding the score at 430s. They are sending only a certain number of ITAs which would ensure they meet the PR targets for 2017.

Well, the number of ITAsi s declining and lowest CRS score is in 430s for last 3-4 months. They have already met the target range for 2017 (71K ITAs sent).

http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/department/media/notices/2016-10-31.asp

The below are PR targets, not ITA targets.
Federal Economic - 73,700
PNP - 51,000

An ITA issued can be declined which means 1 ITA can result in 0 PR.
OR
An ITA issued can lead to 2 PR's (primary applicant + spouse)

So there is no direct conversion of ITA to PR.

ITA's are issued based on the remaining PR targets taking into account factors such as declining ITA, rejection or cancellation of PR, more than 1 applicant in single application, etc.

So, CIC cannot hold the CRS at a particular range as their intention is to achieve the immigration targets. Let's say if nobody applies for PR in the next 2 weeks, then the CRS cut off has to come down as they need to intake around 2800 applicants. The only way they can hold the CRS cut-off at a particular range is by introducing more factors to the points system like they did with the June 6 changes.

Can I create two express entry profile?
I am already in the pool along with my spouse and my current score is 421.
As score is not coming down I am thinking to create my another profile as a single candidate, as I am married but do not wish to take my spouse to Canada. In that way my CRS score will be 435.
So I want to keep my current profile as it is and want to create another one.? If in future I get a ITA then I will withdraw my old one profile.
Is it wise to do this?

No, absolutely not! If you must, update your old profile to make the changes. Or withdraw your old profile and create this new one. Are you trying to get banned?

This is known as dual conflicting intent. When you create 2 profiles with different profiles you are not telling the truth in one of those profiles. Don't do it
