Express Entry question about nomination

I've received my ITA so I'm slowly completing my PR application. Also at the end of 2016 right before I received my ITA, I also got nominated (was not reflected in my EE profile at the time). The nomination, however, is from the OINP International Students with Job Offer stream which doesn't let you apply to EE.

My question is, in my PR application, do I need to say "yes" to the question "Has <name> received a nomination certificate from a province or territory?"?

Yes. I was out of the country in the mean time, I got my ITA on Jan 4th, and when I came back to Canada, I realized that I had also been nominated.

the Oinp nomination you are talking about is not applicable for EE.

Just keep your answer to No, but let VO know in LOE about that.
