Express Entry ineligible message

Hi
In my case, when I checked my eligibility on come to Canada tool for express entry program, it was showing that I am eligible but after submitting my application to system, I got message that you r not eligible.
How could it possible ? I don't have educational assessment done yet. Do you think it's because of not having ECA or Something else?
Can someone suggest me a way to fix it?

That's strange. You would definitely need to have taken your language test and gotten an ECA done to be eligible. What information did you put into the Come to Canada Eligibility Tool?

Do i need ECA for master degree and bachelor degree both or only for master degree?

You just need to get it done for the highest degree you hold - so in this case, your masters.

i completed master of science from USA major in Computer Science which had more than 2 years duration. do you think that only master degree evaluation is enough or not?
