Yes these are results from your medical examThis is a great post, thank you!

What are these medical records, exactly? Are they from the medical exam?

Just got another GCMS note which is almost identical with the previous one the former was 96 whereas the latter is 97 - still identical. This is much better. I have highlighted all the good points above. The security will read 'Not Started' until the application is finalized and you get PPR AFAIK. From the information that you have provided, looks like your security checks has begun and is underway.
In some cases, your case could be referred to CSIS for further scrutiny (As a part of random quality check or if there is a name / DOB match in the database etc). In that case, CSIS has to do further checks and then provide a report to IRCC after which IRCC will continue further processing of your application. See if you find anything in the notes that indicate your file was forwarded to CSIS (And I really hope this isn't the case).
Just curious, do you have a long international travel history?
I hope it's already resolved. From my experience, it took several hours for my updates to get processed. But still the original submission date has not changed. So, I assume, they look at the original submission date, not the date it was updated.HI. I updated my account, but now it is stuck at "processing update" . Does it mean that my profile is not eligible for the next draw? Please help. I am getting so nervous at the moment.
Dear,Thanks for the research and reply.

Depends on your PG degree/diploma. If it is a Masters degree, then you can just claim points for it directly. If it is a 1 year or 2 year diploma, then in order to claim points for two or more degrees, you will need to get your undergrad degree assessed.Do applicants who have a Canadian postgraduate degree need to do a WES evaluation for their undergrad for their express entry?
