Hello there, I have received ITA in the last draw of 1st May. I had been working as a lecturer in a University for 3 years for which I have claimed points, but on April 1, I have been promoted to Assistant Professor when I have applied for ITA. My queries are
1. Do I need to submit 2 separate reference letters for 2 designations ( Lecturer, Assistant Professor)
2. Will it be a problem if the work hours mentioned for each designation are different in the same University ( lecturer 40 hours/week , Assistant Professor 30 hours/ week). My University has reduced the working hours from April.

2. No, your working hours will be calculated as 30 hrs/week, any thing above is not counted

hello! I've received my ITA on 1st of May! i'm having little confusion about the reference letter.I'm a lawyer(NOC 4112)..Do i need to cover the lead statement entirely...it says represent clients before courts, tribunals, and administrative boardss.I've never appeared before an admn. board..though i have represented clients before the tribunals and courts. What should i do? Can i leave the admn. board part? or will it pose a problem?
