reg reference checks, HR staff have changed with my old employers.. they may say something wrong because of lack of knowledge or because of different terminology. should I tell them to expect a call so that they keep my file at hand to answer questions?

It wouldn't harm to inform them of a potential call as long as telling them doesn't impact your workplace. I'm saying this coz when I told my manager that I need a reference letter for IRCC PR process, he told me that he's gonna look for a replacement for my position soon. ???

Congratulations on your PNP nomination!
You don't need to create a new profile before it gets expired. If you get an ITA , your EE profile will change status to ITA received and it won't expire.

Surely everyone needs to check the docs before uploading. After all, everything one claims points for is foundationally supported by his/her documents during the PR process.
