Express Entry - Application Question

I am trying to fill the pre application of the express entry after i received ITA. I have question about how to write the travel history. I have been to US about approximately 10 times by road just to watch movie or attend a wedding. US border havent stamped my passport apart from the times I got my I-94. If somebody can shed a light on how do i write that details in travel history

For example
August 2014 to august 7 2015 - canada
august 7 2015 - US
august 7 2015 - august 22 2015 - Canada

If you are living in Canada, then just mention it as:
August 7, 2015 to August 7, 2015 - USA

And you can write Canada as:
August 2014 to August 22, 2015 - Canada
