I submitted my application 13 July and my medical was updated to pass on Aug 2 but now I have not yet received a decision and my medical has expired 18 Aug. Please what is the implication of this?

I presume you did your medical a year ago since this is the 2 SP application? They will request another medical when they want it. No real implications, all part of the process since your medical expired, might delay the processing some.
