I have applied for study permit 11 weeks ago , I have submitted all original documents including my sponsor's (my father ) business original documents , now my sponsor urgently need the original documents back. I need suggestion of experts ,

In CHC ISL originals are required ?

thanks abhi for your kind suggestion. but my sponsor cant wait any more , whats your suggestion if write to CHC-i and ask for to return only the required documents of my sponsor.

I also hope, if they do so..

But as far as i know, they will not return that particular document.. But will return your whole application package back..

Can i know the level of urgency? Means is it very very very urgent?

And what if, you mail CHC-I and then also they didn't returned your doc (Particular one)??

My application package includes my sponsor's Beijing (China) Chamber of Commerce and Industries membership certificate , which is going to expire , for renewal original is required , if it expires they can't do any import export . So they are insisting to have it back

Oh my..

You can try mailing them (CHC-ISL) its no harm to try atleast. But m afraid of your visa then..

I am afraid if they send all the documents back without any decision , I can't take the risk coz i have waited so long , Plz anyone suggest me a safe way I am very confused

Dear it will be better if u can wait a bit more, because I think returning some documents from the whole package will be difficult for them, but if it is so urgent then ur only chance is to email them explaining ur situation and ask them to return the particular document....

Listen brother.... if u dont want to withdraw ur case and ur dad also not giving u more time then there is only 1 option u have.. even its just a chance is that ask to CHC-I for ur few documents which u need urgently.. say them my family need it urgent... try to contact them with all 3 mediums..fax, email and courier service....and also mention in ur email or fax that i dont want to withdraw my case i just need that few documents back .. i think a father can skip everything that he need for his children's future... otherwise u have no other option... even we r not sure that they will send u or not... but i think they know that we r talking very long time of applicants and holding their documents for a long period.... so maybe they realise that and give u back just few required documents by u....
