I would not go as far as the original thread starter in claiming that "international professional recognition will NEVER be accepted by canadians" and that the "ONLY option is [to] do business" (emphases added).

But I can empathize and appreciate where he/she is coming from. The unusually exclusionary barriers in the context of accreditation of internationally trained professionals in Canada is well-known, and the high degree of exclusion is probably unique in the world in terms of its excessiveness.

Even where one is incapable of empathy, we need to at least acknowledge the excessive unfairness, rather than engage in a knee-jerk put down of any and all views that are not positive vis a vis Canada.

I don't see how the fact that he/she has not been on the forum since August 2012 as you claimed is relevant at all to the issue.

You do realize that I was responding to a post that I quoted and has now been deleted? I have no interest in the original post in this topic. The poster that I quoted has been spamming the forum with pointless remarks so as to boost their post count. I was pointing out that asking a question of the OP was fruitless.

I took a look at his/her posts. I don't think they are "pointless" as you claimed. On the contrary, I think they are accurate reflections of what is actually happening on the ground.

And you would consider http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/how-to-take-a-canadian-visa-t20656.0.html to be a good example of that? Bearing in mind that the offending post has since been deleted.
