Im new to the forum and i have a question.
I want to do a master in universoty of alberta but my english level is below the parameter establish. They told me i could take ESL first and then enroll in the master. But the problem is thhey dont give conditional acceptance to the master, so i have to ask for a study permit for ESL only and then reapply. The question is can my spouse ask for a SOWP with me study permit for ESL or it wont get approve because ESL is not a study with a degree attached?
