Hi Everyone,

My local IELTS center has issues with communications. That is, they hardly respond to emails, and there is a lack of information whenever an inquiry is made. I applied for an EOR, so I submitted the application and paid the requested fees. It took them 3 days and several phone calls to send me the receipt via email. Now, I am wondering if I am going to be informed once the center in charge of remarking my test begins to process my request. Is there such a thing? I really don't want to depend on the local center. Rather, I might have to keep reminding them to do their job.
Any piece of advice would be appreciated.
