Hi everyone, I have a question for my friend who was here in Canada for 5 years, studied engineering and got the Post graduation work permit for 3 years and went back to Saudi Arabia, Now his student visa expired and all he has is work permit, which visa he needs to apply to enter canada?
and what are the requirements ?

He need a TRV to enter Canada. http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/visa.asp
