I came to Canada on September 2016. I took a course , my course was 2year 4 month duration. I got visa only for 2 year duration. I stayed and learned in Canada during 2 year and 3 months ie dec 2018 I understood that my study permit got expired. I was not able to restore visa status. I went back to India without completing course. I returned to Canada on January 2020 by taking new course. I completed my previous course during scheduled break of my new course. I will complete my new 2 year course in September 2021. While I am applying for postgraduate permit based on new course. Is there any problem in getting my post graduate work permit. my previous overstay will cause any problem. I explained everything while I applied for visa again to Canada from India for new course.
