For Canada immigration, you need IELTS or CELPIP. No exceptions.

I am a physiotherapist from Nigeria with 7 years experience of clinical practice and I'm looking forward to migrating to Canada with my family. I would like to know if I can go through FSW or PNP and get a PR without having to write assessment exams until I come over to Canada. Please I need your candid advice on this. Thanks
