Employment letter!

I am working in IBM Canada as a permanent full time worker and I want to file PR under Fedral skilled worker class.
Please suggest me what are the main lines should I include in my employment letter?
What visa officer is specifically looking for in the employment letter?

Now Canada stops processing Federal Skilled Workers Applications till Jan 2013, As per my opinion you have to wait till 2013 and also you have to check your eligibility for Canada Immigration once new rules announced.

And for your employment letters lines you have to elaborate your work history and job duties accurately.
