I have changed 2 companies and now working with current one for the past 8 years .
I worked under NOC 2173 for previous 2 companies and under NOC 2173 and 2171 (working) with current company .
So do I need to get Reference letters mentioning Job Duties from previous 2 employers ?
PLEASE NOTE I do have experience/resignation letter from those employers but I do not have a letter mentioning Job Duties .
Is the letter mentioning job duties with previous employers important as part of PR documentation ?
