Employer Driving stream.

Please can some body explain to me how Employer-driving stream work.i have post graduate working permit,i study in alberta.i lost my job as a instrumentation technologist.it hard to find job in that field now due to the oil down fall.the list of eligible and ineligible is confusing.please can someone explian to me if am to apply under employer driving stream.

if you graduated from Alberta, you should apply strategy recruitment stream instead of employer driven stream.
