Hi, I have received an invitation to apply and have lost a few documents with regards to the employment documents. The said company is no longer in existence and I'm unable to procure my documents. While I have listed the job on my profile, I do not have any documents other than just 2 pay slips. Please help.

Does removing this job from profile lowers your CRS?
If no, remove it.
If yes, it will not be considered in final application without an experience letter, eventually losing points for it and getting rejected.
Get hold of some colleague of yours from that time and ask them to write a letter of recommendation for you. If you can find the owner, it's better. Though the letter needs to be on official letterhead, I think some other guys here will help you out with a loop in the system.

You can move the employment from 'work history' section to 'personal details' section. If the job is required to qualify for your program or to earn necessary CRS points, then you will need to provide a letter or some strong supporting evidence.
So for one such employment, I have offer and appointment letter, pay slips for the period I was there, I'm attaching an affidavit on a e stamp paper that will be notarised. Will this do? The said company is no longer in existence.
If the job is required to qualify or gain CRS points, then you must keep it in 'work history' and provide a suitable employer letter (with job duration, job duties, full time status and compensation). In absence of such a letter, IRCC may consider supporting evidence such as other letters (offer, termination), payslips, tax statements, co-worker affidavits etc. But it is at their discretion whether to accept it or not. Make sure your supporting evidence shows job duration, job duties, full time status and compensation and also add evidence/explanation of why you cannot submit the letter.
