I have a question about my brother if he can apply under express entry or federal skilled program?
His English is not very good, but assuming he can get at least 16 points in English language.
He also has over 10 years experience as tile setter.
He is 46 years old
He has a university diploma (4 years) but in different field. and he has a few tickets for his current field of employment.
And I guess he could get some points for adaptability as Im his relative in Canada, I have citizenship.
Just wondering if he can qualify for entry?
