Eligibility completed but background verification still in progress? What does this mean and what are the next steps? (Non-SDS)

Hello,
Here's my timeline:

Application submitted: 6th April, 2023
Biometrics completed: 12th April, 2023
Biometrics updated: 13th April, 2023
Eligibility started: 3rd May, 2023
Eligibility completed: 4th May, 2023

I had gone and completed my medicals on 9th March, 2023 and they said it would be sent directly, however it says not started under the tracker and on the portal its saying 'You do not need a medical exam. We will send you a message if this changes.' I can't see anything under the estimated completion date too.
Furthermore, my background verification is still in process.I haven't received any update on my portal after 13th April, just been checking this through my application status tracker. Currently, my application status tracker history shows a last update on 6th April.

I'm unsure what to do and what the next steps are + how much more time would it take to see an update on my profile? And also what does this mean. Any help on this would be appreciated.

This generally means your application is in progress. Nothing specific. Timelines depends on your country. From what I notice from here, If you receive medical request, it's a good sign for non sds.
